The Digi-Lumen Extreme LED Controller is a compact master controller for grow rooms running multiple 0–10V LED fixtures. Daisy-chain up to 50 lights through dual RJ12 ports, run them on a programmable on/off schedule via the built-in digital clock, and dim smoothly from 10% to 100% — all from one panel. Plug-and-play setup, clear digital display, and a full master reset if you need to start fresh. Made for growers scaling past one or two lights who want one source of truth for the whole room. Free shipping over $499*.

Up to 50 Fixtures, One Panel Daisy-chain compatible 0–10V LEDs through dual RJ12 ports and run the whole room from one controller — no per-fixture timers, no clashing schedules.
Programmable Timer + Built-In Clock Set on and off times directly on the unit. The internal clock keeps your photoperiod accurate without relying on an external timer or smart plug.
Smooth 10% to 100% Dimming Wider dimming range than entry-level controllers. Useful for seedlings and clones at the low end, and full bloom intensity at the top.
Plug-and-Play Setup Standard 0–10V signal over RJ12. If your LED driver has a 0–10V dimming port, it speaks the same language. No firmware, no app, no Wi-Fi headaches.
Clear Digital Display + Master Reset 7-segment readout shows clock, timer, and dimming state at a glance. Master reset returns the unit to defaults if you need to reprogram from scratch.

Grower Tip — Keep the Signal Clean
  • Mount the controller outside the immediate canopy on a dry wall or tent strut — IP20 means indoor and dry only.
  • Run RJ12 cables away from mains power runs where you can. Parallel mains and signal cables can introduce flicker or dimming noise on long chains.
  • If you're running near the 50-fixture cap, check total signal current draw against the 80A spec — most LED drivers pull a few mA on the 0–10V line, but huge chains add up.
  • The clock holds time while powered. If you lose mains for an extended period, expect to reset the clock on power-up.

How to Set It Up

1
Mount the controller on a dry wall, tent pole, or shelf within reach of mains power and your first LED fixture. Keep it out of direct light and water spray.
2
Run an RJ12 cable from one of the EXT ports on the controller into the 0–10V dimming port on your first LED fixture's driver, then daisy-chain from that fixture to the next using the second port.
3
Power the controller. Use the CLOCK button to set the current time — this is the reference point for every timer event from now on.
4
Press TIMER, then use + and − to set the lights-on and lights-off times for your photoperiod. The display confirms the schedule on the readout.
5
Press DIMMING and use + / − to set your output level from 10% to 100%. Hit ON/OFF to take the system live — every chained fixture will track the controller.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it work with LEDs that aren't Digi-Lumen?

Yes — any LED grow light with a 0–10V dimming port and an RJ12 (or compatible RJ) input will work. The 0–10V protocol is the industry standard for horticultural LED dimming, and brands including Lumatek, Hi-Par, Photontek, and most other modern bar lights use it. Check your fixture's driver spec sheet if you're unsure.

How many fixtures can it actually run?

Up to 50 fixtures daisy-chained through the dual RJ12 ports, with an 80A signal current ceiling. For most home and small commercial rooms running 1–12 lights, you'll be nowhere near the cap. If you're scaling a multi-room facility, plan your chain layout so the signal cable runs stay tidy.

Can I use it with HID lamps?

No — this is a 0–10V controller built for LED drivers. HPS and MH lamps run on different ballast control protocols and won't accept the signal. If you're on HID, you'll want a dedicated HID controller instead.

Does it have sunrise/sunset ramping?

No — the Extreme Controller handles on/off scheduling with manual dimming level setting, not automated sunrise/sunset ramps. If gradual ramping is a priority, look at the Digi-Lumen ECO Smart Controller or the touchscreen tier instead.

Is it weatherproof or for outdoor use?

No — it's IP20, which means it's protected against finger-sized objects but not against water. Mount it indoors, in a dry spot, away from direct light spray or drip points. The fixtures themselves can be higher-rated; the controller stays inside.

What's in the box?

The controller unit itself, with mains power lead. RJ12 daisy-chain cables are typically supplied with your LED fixtures; if you need additional or longer runs, standard 6P6C RJ12 cables work — grab spares from any electronics supplier.

One Controller. The Whole Room.

Stop juggling timers and per-fixture dimmers. Run up to 50 LEDs on one schedule.
