What size carbon filter do I need for my grow tent?
Match the filter's flange to your inline fan's duct size — a 4" fan takes a 4" filter. If you're between sizes, go up a size and run the fan slower for quieter, longer-lasting filtration.
Do carbon filters remove all smell from a grow tent?
Yes — a correctly sized carbon filter running on exhaust with the tent under negative pressure will scrub virtually all odour before air leaves the space.
How long does a carbon filter last?
Most carbon filters last 12–24 months. High humidity shortens carbon life, so keep your grow room under control and replace the pre-filter sleeve regularly.
