The Grow Guys Warranty Policy
- At The Grow Guys, we aim to ensure our customers feel confident and secure with their purchases. We strongly encourage you to review our warranty policy before making a purchase. We also recommend conducting your own research on the product you are considering, as a restocking fee applies to returns. This fee is 10% for orders returned within 30 days and 15% for orders returned after that period.
Warranty Claims
- Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer’s policy. In the event that a product is missing a specific manufacturer warranty, The Grow Guys offers a company warranty that lasts for one year. The only exception to this is Lamps & Bulbs, Water heaters & Pumps which are covered for 1 month from the date of purchase (not from when they are first used).
- To ensure your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please carefully review the warranty terms listed in the product description.
- All warranty returns will be thoroughly assessed. If we cannot replicate the reported issue, the product will be returned to you. Please note, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or store credit for products that are functioning according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- We want you to have a seamless shopping experience, so we’ve put clear policies and guidelines in place to handle any concerns you may have.
How to Claim a Warranty
- To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure the product meets the warranty conditions. If it does not, we will not be able to proceed further with the claim.
- Email sales@thegrowguys.com.au with the subject as "Warranty"
- Provide a brief description of the issue, and if possible, attach an image of the product’s condition.
- Once we receive the details, we will contact you with our findings and the next steps.
