Temperature and humidity together set VPD — vapour pressure deficit — which controls how hard your plants transpire and how efficiently they take up nutrients. Most grow rooms get one variable right and let the other drift, then wonder why growth stalls.

  • Veg stage: target VPD around 0.8–1.2 kPa
  • Flower stage: target VPD around 1.2–1.5 kPa
  • Let the AeroLush handle both axes instead of fighting them separately with a fan and a dehumidifier

How to dial it in

Position inside or beside the grow space. Place the unit where conditioned air can circulate freely through the canopy.

Mount the probe at canopy height. Sensor readings only matter where the plants live — clip the environmental probe in the plant zone, not near the floor or ceiling.

Set targets in the GrowHub app. Punch in temperature, humidity, or VPD targets for your current grow stage and let the unit hold them automatically.

Throttle exhaust while cooling. Drop your inline fan to a low speed (0–1 on a typical controller) when the AC is running, so you're not pulling conditioned air straight out the duct.

Run circulation fans alongside it. A pair of clip or pedestal fans moves the conditioned air evenly across the canopy and prevents cold pockets.
