Once a plant starts forming flowers, its demand shifts towards phosphorus and potassium. GT Super PK is Growth Technology's concentrated phosphorus and potassium booster for that stage. You mix it into your nutrient at 1–3ml per litre from the first sign of flower formation and keep it going through the flowering cycle, and Growth Technology's hard ceiling is 5ml per litre. It is a booster, not a base nutrient, so it runs alongside a complete flowering feed such as Ionic Bloom or GT Coco Bloom, in hydro, semi-hydro or potting mix. It will not make a plant flower; light and the plant decide that. What it does is top up phosphorus and potassium once flowering has started. Available in 1L, 5.5L and 20L.

A booster, not a base nutrient. Super PK goes into your flowering feed, not instead of it. Run it with Ionic Bloom in hydro or GT Coco Bloom A&B in coco.
Phosphorus and potassium on topA concentrated P and K additive that lifts both above what the base nutrient supplies, for the stage when the plant draws on them hardest.
A small, controlled dose1–3ml per litre, with Growth Technology's ceiling at 5ml. At 3ml per litre a 1L bottle treats about 330 litres of nutrient solution.
From first flowers to the finishGrowth Technology's direction is to start at the first sign of flower formation and continue through the flowering cycle, not to save it for the last weeks.
Built for GT's bloom feedsGrowth Technology lists it alongside Ionic Bloom and GT Coco Bloom, so the base nutrient and booster follow one maker's directions.
Hydro, semi-hydro or potting mixListed for hydroponic, semi-hydro and soil or potting mix growing, indoors.
Quality as well as yieldGrowth Technology formulates it for flavour, aroma and produce appeal, not just a heavier crop.

Grower's Tip

  • Start at 1ml per litre when the first flowers form and work up towards 3ml as flowering builds. 5ml per litre is Growth Technology's ceiling, not a target.
  • Order of the mix: Silica first if you run it, then the base nutrient, then Super PK, then pH last.
  • Check the EC after Super PK goes in. Any added mineral lifts the conductivity, so if the solution reads stronger than you want, ease the base nutrient back rather than the booster.
  • More is not better. Pushing past 5ml per litre adds salts the plant cannot use, and they build up in the media.
  • At 3ml per litre a 1L bottle treats about 330 litres of solution; at 1ml per litre, 1,000 litres. The 5.5L suits a tent through several flowering runs.
  • Store it somewhere cool and dark, and shake before use.

How To Mix It

1Fill your mixing container with water. If you run Silica, add it to the plain water now, stir and let it rest 15 minutes.
2Add your flowering base nutrient at its label rate and stir it through.
3Shake the Super PK and add 1–3ml per litre of solution. Stir thoroughly. Never go above 5ml per litre.
4Test the pH and adjust it to 5.5–6.5, and check the EC.
5Feed from the first sign of flower formation through to the end of the flowering cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start using Super PK?

At the first sign of flower formation. Growth Technology's direction is to continue through the flowering cycle, not to hold it back for the final weeks.

How much Super PK do I use?

1–3ml per litre of nutrient solution, and never more than 5ml per litre.

Can I use Super PK on its own?

No. It is a phosphorus and potassium booster, not a complete nutrient. Run it alongside a flowering base nutrient such as Ionic Bloom or GT Coco Bloom.

Will Super PK make my plants flower?

No. Light, day length and the plant's maturity decide when it flowers. Super PK tops up phosphorus and potassium once flowering has started.

Do I need to adjust the pH after adding it?

Yes. Growth Technology's direction is to test and adjust to 5.5–6.5 after mixing.

Can I use Super PK in potting mix?

Yes. Growth Technology lists it for soil and potting mix as well as hydro and semi-hydro. Mix it into the nutrient you water with.

Does it work with Ionic Bloom and GT Coco Bloom?

Yes. Growth Technology lists both as related products. Add Super PK after the base nutrient and before you set the pH.

What is the analysis?

Growth Technology does not publish a guaranteed analysis on its product page. It is a concentrated phosphorus and potassium additive; we would rather leave the figures off than guess them.

Which size should I buy?

The 1L treats 330 to 1,000 litres of solution, enough for most home setups. The 5.5L suits a tent over several flowering runs, and the 20L is for larger systems. 20L drums ship on a flat freight rate.

Welcome to The Grow Guys

We built The Grow Guys from the soil up — well, coco and perlite. Before we sold gear, we bought it, ran it, and learned the hard way what's worth the money and what ends up in the shed. That's the filter everything on our shelves passes through. No sales scripts, no rebadged junk, no telling you what you want to hear. Just gear we'd run ourselves and advice from people who actually grow. Chasing higher yields, tighter flowers, or your first harvest? You're in the right place.
