Pairs well with
Your top light does its best work on the top of the canopy. Once the plants fill out, the lower branches sit in shade and the bud sites down there stay small and slow. The Digi-Lumen Extreme 200W is a 1.1m LED bar built to sit under the canopy and light it from below: 600 µmol/s at 3.0 µmol/J, IP65 rated, with the driver built in. We'd run two in a 1.2m x 1.2m (4x4) or 1.5m x 1.5m (5x5) tent. Buy it as the light only, or as the Single Light Kit with stands and the power cable. It's a supplemental light, not a main light, and it needs the 3m Power Cable to run.

Grower's Tip
- Run it on the same timer or controller as your main lights, so the dark period stays fully dark.
- Bring it in once the canopy closes over and the lower branches sit in shade. That's when it earns its keep.
- Point it up into the lower canopy. A bar shining at the floor is lighting the floor.
- Keep air moving under the canopy. Extra light in still, humid air down low is asking for trouble.
- Start dimmed and lift it over a few days, watching the lower leaves for bleaching or curling.
- Running two? Power the first light from the 3m Power Cable and link the second to it with the 1000mm daisy-chain cable.
- Two bars add 400W to the tent. Check your extraction can carry the extra heat.

Does the light come with a power cable?
No. The Light Only option ships with the fixture and its manual. You need the 3m Power Cable, or buy the Single Light Kit, which includes it.

How many do I need for a 1.2m or 1.5m tent?

Yes. The Extreme UCL 1000mm cable daisy-chains one light to the next, so the second runs off the first light's power cable.
Can I dim it?
Yes. The 3m Power Cable has an RJ lead for 0-10V control. Plug it into the Extreme LED Controller or the 0-10V Dim Control.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, it's IP65 rated as water resistant. Still keep plugs and power boards up off the floor and away from run-off.
Can I use it as my main grow light?
No. It's a supplemental light for the lower canopy. Pair it with a proper top light such as the Extreme 720W.
Will it break my dark period?
No, as long as it runs on the same timer or controller as your main lights.
