The last fortnight is when a crop ripens, and plenty of growers cut the feed too early. Final by Bloom is the ripener for those last two weeks: two kelps plus alfalfa extract, which naturally carries triacontanol, with humic acid and vitamin B1, run at 1ml per litre in every feed right up to the flush. It's built to help the plant mature and bring out aroma and flavour without starving it while it's still putting on weight. It runs on top of your base nutrients and alongside Ooze. It won't make up for a plant that was underfed earlier in flower. A litre makes 1,000 litres of feed.

Grower's Tip

  • Count back two weeks from your planned harvest and start Final there.
  • Bloom's advice is not to starve the plant to flush: keep feeding with Final in the mix right up to the flush.
  • Running Ooze as well? Keep both going in the last two weeks at their normal rates.
  • Harvest dates drift. If the plant needs longer, keep Final going until it's ready rather than stopping on the calendar date.
  • Add Final with your other nutrients and adjust pH last. The concentrate is alkaline.
  • Shake well before use. Colour and consistency vary a little between batches, which is normal.

How To Use It

1Shake the bottle well.
2Two weeks out from harvest, add 1ml per litre to your nutrient solution alongside your base nutrients.
3Mix thoroughly, then check and adjust pH last.
4Feed as normal at every watering for the last two weeks.
5Keep Final in the feed right up to the flush, then harvest when the plant is ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I start Final?

Two weeks before harvest. Run it at 1ml per litre in every feed right up to the flush.

Do I keep Final going right up to the flush?

Yes. Bloom's schedule runs Final in every feed for the last two weeks, right up to the flush, and advises against starving the plant before it.

Can I run Final and Ooze together?

Yes. In Bloom's program they overlap in the last two weeks of flower, each at its normal rate.

Does Final contain triacontanol?

Yes, indirectly. It contains alfalfa extract, which naturally carries triacontanol.

Do I need to cut back my base nutrients?

No. Bloom designs its additives to run alongside your base feed at its normal rate, so you add Final on top rather than in place of anything.

Does Final affect pH?

It can. The concentrate is alkaline (pH 8–10), so add it with your nutrients and adjust pH last.

How long does a bottle last?

A litre makes 1,000 litres of feed at 1ml per litre. The 300ml makes 300 litres.

Is it certified organic?

No. Bloom makes the range mostly from organic sources, but the products are not certified organic, so we don't sell them as organic.

Growers First, Retailers Second

Welcome to The Grow Guys

We built The Grow Guys from the soil up — well, coco and perlite. Before we sold gear, we bought it, ran it, and learned the hard way what's worth the money and what ends up in the shed. That's the filter everything on our shelves passes through. No sales scripts, no rebadged junk, no telling you what you want to hear. Just gear we'd run ourselves and advice from people who actually grow. Chasing higher yields, tighter flowers, or your first harvest? You're in the right place.
