Two 30 metre spools of soft plastic-coated tie wire on one card — 60 metres all up, with a built-in cutter so you can snip a length one-handed while the other hand holds the branch where you want it. This is the tie you reach for every week of a grow: securing stems to stakes, pulling branches down for low stress training, tidying drip lines, and holding netting in place. Cut it to any length, twist it on in seconds, and reuse it when the job changes.

60m Twin PackTwo full 30m spools on one card — enough tie wire to carry most home grows from seedling to harvest.
Built-In CutterSnip the exact length you need straight off the spool — no hunting for scissors mid-training session.
Gentle on StemsThe soft plastic coating cushions stems, so tied branches stay supported without bare wire biting in.
Cut, Twist, ReuseTwists on and off in seconds — reposition ties as plants grow instead of throwing them away.

Grower's Tip

  • Tie in a figure-8 between stem and stake — it stops the stem rubbing directly on the support.
  • Leave a finger-width of slack on every tie. Stems thicken fast in veg and a tight tie will strangle growth.
  • Keep one spool in the tent and one at the potting bench so you're never walking between the two.

How To Use It

1
Pull out the length you need and snip it with the built-in cutter — around 15cm suits most stem-to-stake ties.
2
Loop it around the stem and its support in a figure-8, leaving slack for the stem to thicken.
3
Twist the two ends together two or three turns — enough to hold, easy to undo later.
4
Check ties weekly. Loosen or re-tie anything the plant has grown into, and reuse the wire on new growth.

FAQ

Can I reuse the twist tie?

Yes. Untwist it, straighten it out and it's ready to go again. Most ties survive several repositions before they fatigue.

Will it damage plant stems?

No — as long as you tie with slack. The plastic coating cushions the stem, but any tie cinched tight will cut into a thickening branch, so leave room and check weekly.

Do I need scissors to cut it?

No. The card has a built-in cutter, so you pull out the length you need and snip it on the spot.

Is 60 metres enough for a full grow?

Yes, comfortably for most home setups. At roughly 15cm per tie that's about 400 ties — enough for a tent full of trained plants plus general tidy-up jobs around the grow room.

Keep Every Branch Where You Want It

60 metres of tie wire with a built-in cutter — the cheapest insurance a trained canopy can get.

Growers First, Retailers Second

Welcome to The Grow Guys

We built The Grow Guys from the soil up — well, coco and perlite. Before we sold gear, we bought it, ran it, and learned the hard way what's worth the money and what ends up in the shed. That's the filter everything on our shelves passes through. No sales scripts, no rebadged junk, no telling you what you want to hear. Just gear we'd run ourselves and advice from people who actually grow. Chasing higher yields, tighter flowers, or your first harvest? You're in the right place.
