Setting Up Your CLOUDLAB 894

Measure twice before assembly. The tent assembles to 243.84 x 121.92 x 203.20 cm — slightly larger than the nominal dimensions. Confirm your floor space and ceiling height with these actual figures, not the rounded 240x120x200 spec. Include clearance for ducting runs and the door swing.

Two people make this job easy. The 894 is a full 8x4 structure — build the base frame on the floor with a second set of hands, then stand it together before pulling the canvas over. Solo assembly is possible but awkward at this size.

Plan your hanging layout before closing up. With 8 bars across a 240cm roof, map out where your lights, carbon filter, and fan will sit before anything goes up. Hanging weight must be distributed at intersecting pole points — do not hang heavy equipment mid-bar between intersections.

Route cables before zipping. Feed all power and sensor cables through the lightproof passthrough before zipping the canvas closed. Retrofitting cable management after the tent is sealed is the most common time-waster in first builds — do it in order.
