• Transplants: Add directly into the hole around roots (must contact roots). Backfill and water in.

• Containers:

  • 4–11 L pot → 15–30 g

  • 19–26 L pot → 60–90 g

  • 38–76 L pot → 120 g

  • 95–190 L pot → 240 g

  • 380 L pot → 480 g

• Rockwool cubes: Poke holes in planting hole, add 5–10 g per cube under roots, then water in.

• In-ground / raised beds: 15–30 g per plant hole directly to roots.

• Sowing seeds: 15 g per 30 cm row, or 2–3 g per cell/plug.

• Pro tip: Mix into the top 15 cm of soil around the planting hole for even bigger results.

Apply at planting or transplant, then top-dress lightly during veg and early flower if needed.
