If your grow room has dead spots, hot corners, or humidity sitting where it shouldn't, a wall-mounted fan is the fix — and the SeaHawk 40cm Wall Fan is the workhorse that does it without eating up floor or bench space. Wall-mounted and out of the way, it pushes air across your canopy with left-right oscillation, an adjustable tilt, and three speed settings via a simple pull cord. It runs on a quiet 50W motor with SAA-approved Australian plug and ABS blades built to last. Clean air movement, 24 hours a day, without the fuss.

40cm of Coverage A 400mm blade diameter moves serious air volume — ideal for grow tents and rooms up to 4x4m and beyond.
Wall Mount = Floor Space Saved Gets the fan up and out of the way so your grow system, pots, and ducting can sit where they need to be.
Left-Right Oscillation Sweeps air across the whole canopy, not just one spot — eliminates humidity dead zones and strengthens stems.
Three Speed Pull Cord Dial it up or down without touching the unit. Simple, reliable pull-cord control — no remotes to lose.
Adjustable Tilt Up-down tilt lets you angle airflow exactly where it's needed — across the tops of plants or down through the canopy.
SAA Approved, AU Plug Ready Ships with an Australian plug and carries SAA certification. Plug it in, mount it, done.

Pro Tip: Position for Maximum Airflow
  • Mount the fan high on the wall, angled downward to push air across the top of the canopy — this is where heat and humidity accumulate most.
  • In tents, position it opposite your inline fan's intake so air moves in a diagonal loop rather than straight out.
  • Run it at low or medium speed during lights-off to maintain transpiration and prevent mould without over-stressing plants.
  • For larger rooms, pair two wall fans at opposite corners pointed inward for complete canopy coverage.

How to Set Up Your Wall Fan

1
Choose your mounting position. Pick a wall spot that gives the fan a clear line of sight across your canopy. Higher is better — heat and humidity rise, so aim the fan down into the grow zone. Ensure it's near a power outlet or plan your cable run before drilling.
2
Attach the wall bracket. Use the included bracket and appropriate wall anchors for your wall type (drywall, concrete, or timber stud). Make sure it's level and rated for the fan's weight.
3
Mount the fan head and adjust tilt. Hang the fan onto the bracket and set your up-down tilt angle. Aim for the airflow to travel across the canopy tops — not straight into stem bases or up at the lights.
4
Enable oscillation and plug in. Switch on the left-right oscillation to sweep air across the full width of your space. Plug into a 240V Australian outlet. No adapters needed.
5
Set your speed via pull cord. Use the pull cord to cycle through the three speed settings. Start on low and check how your plants respond — most growers run medium speed during lights-on and low overnight. Let it run 24 hours continuously if needed; the motor is built for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this fan suitable for a grow tent?

Not really — unless you're running a large tent with spare wall space. The 40cm head is a significant size, it requires a solid wall mount, and it doesn't clip to tent poles. For most standard grow tents, a couple of 6" clip fans with pole grips will do a better job, take up far less room, and give you more flexible positioning. The SeaHawk Wall Fan is built for dedicated grow rooms and larger spaces where a proper wall mount makes sense.

Can it run 24 hours continuously?

Yes. The 50W motor is rated for continuous operation, which is exactly what most growers need. Running it 24 hours a day is normal use and won't cause premature wear under typical conditions.

How loud is it?

The SeaHawk Wall Fan is designed for quiet operation. At low speed it produces a steady white-noise hum rather than a disruptive mechanical noise. At high speed it is audible but still well within the range most growers are comfortable with. It is not a silent fan, but it is not an annoyingly loud one either.

Does it come with an Australian plug?

Yes. The fan ships complete with an SAA-approved Australian plug. No adaptors, no extensions needed out of the box — just mount, plug in, and go.

Can the oscillation be turned off?

Yes. The left-right oscillation can be switched on or off independently of the fan speed. If you want to lock airflow in a fixed direction — say, directly at a hotspot — just disengage the oscillation mechanism.

What size room does a single 40cm wall fan cover?

A single unit is effective in spaces up to approximately 3m x 3m when positioned correctly with oscillation on. For larger rooms or dense canopies, running two units at opposing corners provides full coverage without dead zones.

Move More Air. Grow Better Plants.

The SeaHawk 40cm Wall Fan keeps your canopy environment dialled — less humidity stress, stronger stems, and no dead spots eating into your yield.
