  • For the 1.44m² footprint, aim for a 600W–720W LED. Our light of choice is the Treegers GL650W+ — the 2.2m height gives you comfortable hanging distance even in late flower.
  • Run a 150mm (6") extraction fan and carbon filter. The Vivosun AeroZesh 6" ventilation kit covers fan, filter and ducting in one box.
  • The roof port takes up to Ø250mm ducting, so mounting your fan and filter inside the roof space is no drama with 2.2m to work with.

Setting Up Your Q120+

1Clear a level 1.2 x 1.2m floor space with at least 2.2m of ceiling clearance, then assemble the Ø22mm frame poles and corner connectors — no tools needed.
2Pull the canvas over the frame from the top down and zip it closed, keeping tension even so the corners seat properly.
3Hang your light from the roof bars and mount your extraction fan and carbon filter, running ducting out the Ø250mm roof port or a side port.
4Open the OmniFlow airvents for passive intake, cinch unused ports closed, and check for light leaks with the light on and room lights off.
5Dial in your environment — temperature, humidity and airflow — before plants go in. A day of testing saves a grow of problems.

Yes. At 120 x 120cm the Q120+ is the metric equivalent of a 4x4 (4ft x 4ft) grow tent, with a taller-than-standard 2.2m height.

Will the Q120+ fit under a standard Australian ceiling?

Yes. Standard Australian ceilings are 2.4m, leaving around 20cm of clearance above the 2.2m tent — enough to assemble it in place. Check your ceiling height first if the room has bulkheads, downlights or a lower ceiling.

What is the difference between the Q120 and the Q120+?

Height only. Both share the same 120 x 120cm footprint and 1.44m² grow area — the + version stands 2.2m tall instead of 2m, giving an extra 20cm for taller plants and more light hanging distance.

What size LED grow light suits the Q120+?
