Pairs well with
The Digi-Lumen 0-10V Dim Control is an external dimmer for the Extreme series LED grow lights. Plug it into the fixture's 0–10V dimming port, run the 3-metre cable to wherever you can reach it, and turn one dial to set light intensity — no climbing up to the fixture, no disturbing the canopy. Keep seedlings and clones on low, lift it through veg, push to full power in flower. Simple analogue control, nothing to program.

Grower Tip — Getting the Most from a Dimmer
- Seedlings and fresh clones don't want full power. Start low and lift the dial as they root in and harden off.
- Dimming cuts heat as well as light. If you're dimming to manage canopy temperature, check your hanging height too — a dimmed fixture hung too high wastes the light you're paying for.
- Mount the dial where you can see the canopy while you turn it, and note your setting for each stage so the next run is repeatable.
- Fixture not responding? Check the plug is fully seated and look at the fixture's onboard dimmer setting — the fixture manual covers how the two controls work together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it work with my Digi-Lumen Extreme light?
Yes. It's built as a plug-in accessory for the Extreme series — the 400W, 720W, 1000W and other Extreme fixtures with 0–10V control ports. Plug it into the fixture's dimming port and turn the dial.
My light already has a dimmer on it. Do I need this?
No — Extreme fixtures dim from their onboard control. This is for growers who want the dial within reach: at eye level, outside the tent or away from a hot canopy, so you can adjust without reaching up to the fixture every time.
Does it have a timer or schedule?
No. It's a manual analogue dimmer — intensity only. Keep running your photoperiod from a mains timer, or step up to the Digi-Lumen Extreme LED Controller for a built-in timer and clock with dimming across up to 50 fixtures.
Can one dim control run several lights?
Yes. The 0–10V signal passes from fixture to fixture through the Extreme range's RJ12 ports, so a daisy-chained row can follow one dial. What it won't do is timers or schedules — for room-wide dimming on a clock, the Extreme LED Controller runs up to 50 fixtures.
Will it dim LED grow lights from other brands?
Possibly. It's a standard 0–10V analogue signal, so a fixture with a 0–10V dimming input and a matching plug will take it — but connector types differ between brands. Check your fixture's dimming port before ordering, or ask us and we'll confirm.
Does it work with HPS or MH lights?
No. It's a 0–10V LED dimmer. HID lamps dim through their ballast, not a 0–10V input — a dimmable digital ballast is the tool for that job.
Take the Dial Off the Fixture
Set light intensity from where you're standing — plug in, run the cable, turn the dial.
