How To Set It Up
1Pick your tube by space volume — 60W for up to ~2m³, 120W for ~3–4m³, 240W for ~5–6m³. When in doubt between two sizes with a thermostat in play, go bigger; the thermostat stops it overshooting.
2Fix the bracket to your wall, floor or ceiling. The bracket holds the tube 89mm off the surface — keep that clearance and keep the tube away from fabric and cables.
3Adding a heat shield? Clip it on if the tube sits near plants or tent walls, angled to deflect heat away from the canopy.
4Plug it into a thermostat controller, hang the thermostat's probe at canopy height, and set your minimum temperature.

Which size do I need?

On a thermostat, going one size up costs nothing in practice — it just reaches the set point faster.

Do I need a heat shield?

The matching shields clip on and deflect radiant heat away from the canopy, so you can run the heater in a tight tent without scorching the leaves nearest to it. In a roomy space with the tube mounted well clear of plants, you can run without one.

Does it hold a set temperature on its own?
