Already running a universal controller — AC Infinity, Lumatek, or another brand that uses an RJ connector — and want to bring your Treegers fixtures under its control? This is the cable that makes it happen. The Universal RJ-10V 3-Pin Connection Cable bridges the LLT M12 connector on your Treegers fixture to the RJ11 port on any third-party 0–10V universal controller. Four metres of reach, one self-locking connector on each end, and the job is done.

Universal Controller Compatibility Connects Treegers LED fixtures to any third-party controller with a standard RJ11 / 0–10V control port.
LLT M12 to RJ11 Adapter Self-locking LLT M12 on the fixture end, RJ11 on the controller end. Two different connector standards bridged cleanly in one cable.
4-Metre Length Enough reach to connect a wall-mounted controller to fixtures hung anywhere in a standard grow tent or room.
Plug-and-Play Integration No adapters, no soldering, no workarounds. One cable connects your existing controller directly to your Treegers fixture.
Dual UL Certification Certified under UL E481414 for the connector and UL E309471 for the wire. Tested and compliant, not guesswork.
1-Year Warranty Backed by Treegers. For a $22.50 adapter cable, covered is covered.

Which Cable Do You Actually Need?
  • Using a Treegers Precise T Dimmer or Growcast? You do not need this cable — the T Dimmer and Growcast connect directly to Treegers fixtures via the LLT M12 connector.
  • Using a third-party universal controller with an RJ11 port (AC Infinity, Lumatek, etc.)? This is the cable you need.
  • Linking two or more Treegers fixtures together in a chain? That requires the Fixture Link Cable (TFLK001), not this one.
  • Not sure which cable applies to your controller? Bring us the brand and model of your controller and we'll confirm before you buy.

How to Connect a Universal Controller to Your Treegers Fixture

1
Confirm your controller uses an RJ11 / 0–10V output port — Check the control output port on your universal controller. It should be labelled as a 0–10V dimming output and use an RJ11 connector. If your controller uses a different port type, this cable will not fit.
2
Power off both the fixture and the controller before connecting — Always make signal connections before energising either device. This protects both the fixture's control circuitry and your controller's output port.
3
Connect the LLT M12 end to your Treegers fixture — Locate the signal input port on your Treegers fixture. Push the LLT M12 connector in firmly until it clicks and locks. Give it a gentle pull to confirm it is seated.
4
Connect the RJ11 end to your universal controller's dimming output — Plug the RJ11 connector into the 0–10V dimming output port on your controller. Refer to your controller's manual to confirm you're using the correct port if it has multiple RJ outputs.
5
Power on and confirm control response — Switch on the controller first, then the fixture. Adjust the dimming output on your controller and confirm the fixture responds. If the fixture does not respond, check your controller's output type is 0–10V and not a different standard such as PWM or DALI.

Pairs Well With

Treegers GL420W LED Fixture

Bring the GL420W into your existing controller ecosystem with this cable. One connection and it's under your controller's command.

Treegers GL650W+ LED Fixture

Adding a GL650W+ to a room already running a universal controller? This cable connects it without disrupting your existing setup.

Treegers GL1000W+ LED Fixture

Integrating the GL1000W+ into a universal controller setup? Same connection — LLT M12 to your controller's RJ11 port.

Treegers Fixture Link Cable

Running multiple Treegers fixtures? Use this cable for the first fixture, then Fixture Link Cables to chain the rest.

Treegers Growcast Controller

Prefer to stay in the Treegers ecosystem? The Growcast connects without an adapter cable and adds full scheduling and app control.

Environment Controllers

Browse the TGG controller range. If your preferred controller uses an RJ11 dimming output, this cable bridges it to any Treegers fixture.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between this cable and the Fixture Link Cable?

The Fixture Link Cable connects one Treegers fixture to another Treegers fixture in a daisy-chain series — it carries signal between fixtures only. The Universal RJ-10V Cable connects a Treegers fixture to a third-party universal controller with an RJ11 port — it bridges two different connector standards. They serve different purposes and are not interchangeable.

Do I need this cable if I'm using the Treegers T Dimmer or Growcast?

No — the Treegers Precise T Dimmer and Growcast both use the same LLT M12 connector as Treegers fixtures and connect directly without any adapter cable. This cable is only needed when integrating with a third-party controller that uses an RJ11 output.

Which third-party controllers is this cable compatible with?

This cable works with any universal controller that outputs a standard 0–10V dimming signal through an RJ11 port. Many popular environmental and lighting controllers across brands like AC Infinity and Lumatek use this standard. Check your controller's spec sheet to confirm its output port type is RJ11 and its signal standard is 0–10V before purchasing.

Is the cable waterproof?

No — this cable is rated IP20, which means it has basic protection against solid objects but is not sealed against moisture. It should be kept away from direct water exposure. For most grow room setups where the cable runs from a wall-mounted controller to a fixture, this is not an issue.

Can I use this cable to daisy-chain multiple Treegers fixtures to a universal controller?

Partially — this cable connects your universal controller to the first fixture only. To extend control to additional Treegers fixtures in the chain, use standard Treegers Fixture Link Cables from that fixture's signal output to each subsequent fixture. One Universal RJ-10V Cable to start the chain, then Fixture Link Cables to extend it.

Will this cable work with PWM or DALI controllers?

No — Treegers fixtures use a 0–10V dimming signal standard. PWM and DALI are different control protocols and are not compatible, even if the physical connector fits. Always confirm your controller outputs a true 0–10V analog signal before purchasing this cable.

Your Controller. Your Treegers Fixtures. One Cable.

The Universal RJ-10V Cable slots your Treegers lights into whatever control system you are already running. Not sure if your controller is compatible? The Grow Guys team will confirm it for you before you buy.
